The Cohesion Little Manhattan requires a Deposit of €2000. You can either decide to pay this amount upfront or you can apply for a Deposit Guarantee. Savéon guarantees the deposit to the landlord so you don't have to pay it in advance.
You only pay a one-time closing fee of €49 and €16,50 per month.
