You only pay a closing fee of €49 and between €13 and €23,50 per month depending the height of the deposit. Savéon guarantees the deposit to the landlord so you don't have to pay the deposit in full in advance.
If you are applying from abroad Savéon needs a monthly pre-authorisation on your credit card of 50% of the deposit amount as a counter guarantee.
The Deposit Guarantee will end 60 days after the lease agreement is terminated. When there is damage to the leased apartment or rent in arrears you will settle this with Savéon.
