The Cohesion Wembley requires a deposit of €2000. You can either decide to pay this amount upfront or you can apply for a Deposit Guarantee. Savéon guarantees the deposit to the landlord so you don't have to pay it in advance.
You only pay a one-time closing fee of €49 and €16,50 per month.
If you are applying from abroad Savéon needs a monthly pre-authorisation on your credit card as a counter guarantee.
The Deposit Guarantee will end 60 days after the lease agreement is terminated. When there is damage to the leased property or rent in arrears you will settle this with Savéon.
