Applying for a Deposit Guarantee from Savéon is very simple. You request the Deposit Guarantee, free of obligation, and directly receive a message as to whether you qualify. The Deposit Guarantee can then be processed within 5 minutes. Savéon will guarantee a maximum of 3 months' rent, depending on the Lessor's requirement. The Deposit Guarantee will cover payment of any damage to the rented property and possible rent in arrears.

Hoe werkt het? Wanneer je per maand €900,00 huur betaalt, is de gewenste borg €2.700,00. Bij Savéon betaal je in dit geval gedurende het huurcontract een lage jaarlijkse vergoeding* van €189,00, met de zekerheid dat deze Borggarantie borg staat voor de betaling van alle verplichtingen uit het huurcontract, ter hoogte van het garantiebedrag.
* De jaarlijkse vergoeding is afhankelijk van de hoogte van het garantiebedrag en is exclusief €49,- afsluitkosten.
Nodig uw huurder uit
Als verhuurder kunt u hier uw huurder uitnodigen om de Borggarantie aan te vragen. Als verhuurder ontvangt u, zodra de Borggarantie is goedgekeurd, de overeenkomst van Borgtocht
