Greystar requires a deposit.
You have to arrange your Deposit with 
. There are two options:
Deposit Payment; You can pay the full Deposit, there are no costs charged, only 3% transaction costs if you want to pay with creditcard or Paypal.
Deposit Guarantee; You don’t have to pay the Deposit, but you pay a one-off closing fee of €79 and a yearly fee of €29 + 7% or a monthly fee of €2,50 + 0,7%.
When you are from abroad Savéon needs a monthly pre-authorisation on your credit card as a counter guarantee.
When you are from abroad You can only apply for a Deposit Guarantee if you have a creditcard with a limit and sufficient spendingspace of at least the Deposit Guarantee amount
